About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Lead to own and evolve our digital presence across our agency clients as well as our owned companies and brands. This role sits at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, perfect for someone who understands how human-centered narratives come to life through social media, video, and design.

You’ll lead content strategy and execution end-to-end: from ideation and production to publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis. This role is hands-on, creative, and collaborative, with room to grow into a full-time leadership position.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

  • Partner with strategy to execute social media and digital content strategies aligned with client and brand goals
  • Own and maintain a living content calendar and workflow at least one month in advance of publishing
  • Pitch fresh, trend-aware, culturally relevant content ideas to clients and internal teams
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices

Content Creation

  • Film, edit, and produce short-form video content (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, etc.)
  • Design graphics, templates, and marketing assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Create copy and visual storytelling that reflects brand voice, mission, and audience
  • Support photoshoots and content production, including coordinating with local creatives when needed

Paid Social Management

  • Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ad Network
  • Develop ad content and creative assets optimized for platform best practices and audience targeting
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust creative, messaging, and budget allocation based on real-time data
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, and targeting to optimize conversion and ROI
  • Track ad spend, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns stay on target

Publishing & Community

  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement to build authentic community and relationships
  • Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant with platform or industry guidelines

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Communicate directly with clients to gather assets, incorporate feedback, and secure approvals
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers across projects
  • Support branding initiatives, promotions, and broader digital marketing efforts

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, conversions, ROAS, etc.)
  • Use insights from analytics to refine content strategy and improve results over time
  • Present clear, actionable reporting to clients and internal teams

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and Google Ad Network
  • Strong skills in short-form video filming and editing
  • Excellent design sensibility; confident using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially client-facing
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into action
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and excited to grow with a mission-driven team

  • Social scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)

  • Analytics and reporting dashboards (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
