Job Title: Maintenance Process Transformation Lead

Location: Remote (Travel required for the first week and then occassionally)

Duration: 11 Months

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of maintenance process transformation initiatives for gas and electric distribution systems.
Develop and execute strategies for preventative and corrective maintenance improvements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align teams on transformation goals and processes.
Assess organizational impacts and ensure smooth change management during maintenance transformation.
Monitor and report on benefits realization and value delivery from transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Expertise in preventative and corrective maintenance for gas and electric distribution systems.
Proven experience in maintenance process transformation and operational improvement.
Strong understanding of organizational change impacts and role transitions during transformation.
Demonstrated ability to quantify benefits and value from maintenance transformation projects.
Excellent facilitation and leadership skills for conducting workshops and driving stakeholder engagement.
