Job Title: Maintenance Process Transformation Lead

Location: Remote (Travel required for the first week and then occassionally)

Duration: 11 Months

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of maintenance process transformation initiatives for gas and electric distribution systems.
• Develop and execute strategies for preventative and corrective maintenance improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align teams on transformation goals and processes.
• Assess organizational impacts and ensure smooth change management during maintenance transformation.
• Monitor and report on benefits realization and value delivery from transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Expertise in preventative and corrective maintenance for gas and electric distribution systems.
• Proven experience in maintenance process transformation and operational improvement.
• Strong understanding of organizational change impacts and role transitions during transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to quantify benefits and value from maintenance transformation projects.
• Excellent facilitation and leadership skills for conducting workshops and driving stakeholder engagement.
