**Summary**

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with Alberta statutory holidays off, and fully remote/work-from-home. Local applicants preferred, but not required.

*Responsibilities**
Manage search, display, video, and social ad campaigns on prominent platforms such as Google, Meta, Spotify, and others
Provide exemplary customer service, engaging with questions and communicating solutions to clients
Track, optimize, and report on budget spending & ROI
Create and set up ad accounts as well as peripheral tools such as Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and other integrations
Implement best practices according to company processes & client brand guidelines
Take responsibility for accounts & projects, coordinating tasks to effectively fulfill client requests
Analyze data to develop strategies for ongoing KPI improvement

*About You**
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient writing & communication skills
Highly organized with tasks & time management
Detail-oriented, but with a flair for creative thinking
Problem solver using available resources to figure things out
General understanding of the inner workings of websites, analytics, and digital advertising (bonus points for experience with graphic design and photo/video editing)
Skilled with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (more bonus points if you can demonstrate how to use “vlookup”)
Google Ads certified
Willing to learn, and not afraid to ask questions
