We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Partner who excels at selling $45K–$250K leadership transformation programs.

Your mission: open corporate doors, build relationships with HR & Talent leaders, and close large deals that drive measurable business impact.

This is a commission-only role designed for motivated closers who want to earn at the highest level.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on HR, Talent & Leadership buyers
Conduct outreach to book discovery calls for Dr. Gladney
Lead high-value sales conversations that move to proposal & close
Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers
Present and position the Success Psychology Method™ as a performance solution
Track pipeline activity and progress in CRM tools
Represent Gladney Enterprises with professionalism and authority

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven success selling $25K+ B2B solutions
Experience selling to CHRO / VP HR / Talent & Leadership Development
Confident presenting to executives and navigating long sales cycles
Highly motivated by uncapped commission earnings
Independent, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes

Compensation

30% commission on all closed business

One deal/month = $162,000+ per year

Multiple deals/month = elite income potential

No base salary.
