Floral Fixx is seeking a driven and detail oriented **Administrative Assistant** / Marketing person to join their team. This is an exciting position for someone who thrives on executing independently and has an aptitude for administrative organization. As an Administrative Assistant you will work closely with the Owner & Manager to help keep things running smoothly and keep the team organized. We are looking for someone to bring marketing ideas to the store and that has knowledge of social media platforms and Shopify websites.

*Responsibilities**:
Assisting the Owner and Manager with general administration related to the operation of the shop.
Posting on social media platforms

.Updating the website with new products and inventory

.Organizing events and promotions

Answering the phones for orders
Addressing the various aspects related to customer sales and service.
Assisting the design team with the preparation of orders.
Coordinating delivery arrangements and manage inventories for rental products.
Supporting e-commerce activities
*How to Know if You’re a Fit**:
Previous experience in a comparable administrative role.
Experience in social media and marketing
Exceptional organization ability and detail-oriented approach to work.
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build rapport.
Excellent time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, website maintenance and social media management.
Genuinely enjoy learning new skills and exploring new challenges.
Demonstrates a professional and positive attitude.
An interest in flowers and weddings is an asset.
