We are expanding our reach, and we’re seeking a Transformation Development Advisor who can connect authentically with potential clients, understand their goals, and guide them into programs that support their journey.

This role blends consultative advising with high-value enrollment. You’re not just selling - you’re advising, supporting, and helping individuals take meaningful steps toward their success. If you excel in relationship-building, can confidently navigate sales conversations, and thrive in a purpose-driven environment, this role is an excellent match.

What You’ll Do

Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges.
Guide individuals through our offerings and recommend programs aligned with their goals.
Enroll clients into high-value personal development programs with integrity and confidence.
Manage leads through follow-up calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Track client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Provide feedback and insights to strengthen enrollment strategies and client experience.
Develop tailored approaches for U.S.-based clients to ensure a culturally aligned, effective sales process.

What You Bring

Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally with high-ticket services.
Experience serving or selling to U.S.-based clients.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage your pipeline independently and stay organized.
Comfort with virtual sales environments (phone, Zoom, email).
Familiarity with personal development or coaching programs (preferred but not required).

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
