What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges.
- Guide individuals through our offerings and recommend programs aligned with their goals.
- Enroll clients into high-value personal development programs with integrity and confidence.
- Manage leads through follow-up calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Track client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback and insights to strengthen enrollment strategies and client experience.
- Develop tailored approaches for U.S.-based clients to ensure a culturally aligned, effective sales process.
What You Bring
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally with high-ticket services.
- Experience serving or selling to U.S.-based clients.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage your pipeline independently and stay organized.
- Comfort with virtual sales environments (phone, Zoom, email).
- Familiarity with personal development or coaching programs (preferred but not required).

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
