We are expanding our reach, and we’re seeking a Transformation Development Advisor who can connect authentically with potential clients, understand their goals, and guide them into programs that support their journey.

This role blends consultative advising with high-value enrollment. You’re not just selling - you’re advising, supporting, and helping individuals take meaningful steps toward their success. What You’ll Do

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges.
  • Guide individuals through our offerings and recommend programs aligned with their goals.
  • Enroll clients into high-value personal development programs with integrity and confidence.
  • Manage leads through follow-up calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Track client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback and insights to strengthen enrollment strategies and client experience.
  • Develop tailored approaches for U.S.-based clients to ensure a culturally aligned, effective sales process.

What You Bring

  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally with high-ticket services.
  • Experience serving or selling to U.S.-based clients.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage your pipeline independently and stay organized.
  • Comfort with virtual sales environments (phone, Zoom, email).
  • Familiarity with personal development or coaching programs (preferred but not required).

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
