WSP is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Digital Tools Specialist - Power Platform & Dashboards**to join our Transportation Systems Digital Tools team. This senior individual contributor role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft’s Power Platform who is passionate about designing scalable dashboards and automation solutions that enhance project controls and engineering workflows. You’ll play a key role in advancing digital transformation across our infrastructure and environmental programs in Canada.

• *What you can expect to do here**:
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards that support project controls and engineering teams
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline reporting, cost tracking, and compliance processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Canada to identify digital opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
• Create and manage digital toolkits and reusable packages that improve consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharingSupport high-profile infrastructure and environmental projects, including initiatives such as BUILDER, Wheatstone LNG, Gordie Howe International Bridge, and Shell Franklin
• *What you’ll bring to WSP**:
• Strong expertise in Power BI for data visualization, analytics, and interactive reporting
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation
• Advanced skills in Excel and Office 365 integration
• Knowledge of project controls processes such as scheduling, cost management, and performance reportingAbility to collaborate across functions and translate business needs into scalable digital solutions

• Background in infrastructure, transportation, or environmental sectors
• Experience supporting project controls and engineering teams in a consulting or enterprise environment
