Summary
Bakehaus is Wonderbrands’ internal creative and packaging design studio. We partner closely with Brand Marketing to bring campaigns to life through high-quality creative that is fast, strategic, and on-brand. We support the full portfolio of Wonderbrands products across packaging, POS, digital, social, shopper marketing, and campaign creative.
We are expanding our capabilities to produce more engaging, scrappy, social-first content for Wonderbrands’ channels. We are looking for a hands-on creator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves turning ideas into polished, scroll-stopping work.
The Digital Content Creator is responsible for concepting, filming, designing, and editing digital and social-first creative assets in support of Wonderbrands’ Brand Marketing team. This is a creation-focused role within Bakehaus — not a social media management position. You will work closely with brand managers and Bakehaus designers to execute creative that aligns with existing brand strategies, tone, and visual identity.
This role blends the craft of a graphic designer with the versatility of a digital storyteller, using video, photography, animation, and motion design to elevate Wonderbrands’ digital presence.

Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality, social-first digital content including short-form videos, motion graphics, static posts, animations, product demos, and simple photography.
- Film and edit content independently using Bakehaus studio equipment or on-location with brand teams as needed.
- Adapt existing campaign creative into digital formats while maintaining brand consistency across Wonderbrands’ portfolio.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand Marketing partners to understand campaign objectives and translate briefs into actionable content ideas.
- Partner with Bakehaus designers, packaging artists, and project leads to ensure digital assets align with brand standards, packaging look-and-feel, and campaign concepts.
- Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews, contributing digital-first thinking and content ideas.
Production & Execution
- Storyboard, script-light, or outline creative concepts for video and motion assets.
- Set up and run small-scale shoots (studio or scrappy-style), including lighting, sound, styling, and simple product staging.
- Edit footage and assemble content using Adobe Creative Suite and/or other digital editing tools.
- Maintain organized project files, version control, and asset libraries.
Optimization & Quality
- Stay informed on digital content trends, platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, paid social), and emerging creative styles.
- Optimize content for specific aspect ratios, channel formats, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all digital assets meet Wonderbrands quality standards, accessibility considerations, and technical requirements.
Collaboration with External Partners (As Needed)
- Support coordination with external vendors, studios, or freelancers for supplemental shoots or specialized creative needs.
Required Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in digital content creation, graphic design, videography, motion design, or a related creative field.
- Proven ability to produce polished, engaging social or digital content (portfolio required).
- Experience working in an in-house creative team, agency environment, or brand studio is an asset.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with video shooting and editing, including basic lighting and audio setup.
- Strong understanding of motion design, typography, layout, and storytelling principles.
- Ability to create simple animations, GIFs, and motion graphics.
- Photography skills (studio or natural light) considered an asset.
Soft Skills
- Highly collaborative, solutions-focused, and comfortable working with multiple brand stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable executing “scrappy” social-first content while maintaining brand polish.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for digital storytelling, food content, and creative experimentation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
