We are seeking a Paid Ads account manager / Marketing Specialist to join our team! We are looking to improve our lead generation with the tools of Paid Search and Display Ads (Google, Meta, YouTube) . This is a blend of hands and self directed role with full responsibility for the results.

Responsibilities

Work closely with marketing manager to develop strategy for social media
Manage existing Paid Ads Google, Meta, YouTube channels
Consistently monitor, track metrics and improve performance
Create and update performance reports weekly
A+B testing and exploring new channels for lead generation
Explore different marketing avenues to grow business

Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience with Paid Search and Display Ads
Detail oriented, technical person
Adaptive and fast in making decisions
Strong communication and presentation skills
