Reporting to Manager, Performance Marketing & Growth, the Digital Growth & Partnerships Manager will lead the strategy and execution of acquisition-focused partnerships, including metasearch, affiliate marketing, and retail media. With a laser focus on driving B2C web bookings and monetization opportunities, this role blends business development, digital strategy, and cross-functional project leadership to enhance our visibility wherever consumers are shopping for travel.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Expand Digital Reach: Identify, pilot, and scale innovative growth channels beyond existing platforms—such as Metasearch Engines, Retail Media Networks, and Content Commerce—to drive incremental traffic and bookings.
  • Lead Affiliate Marketing: Own the end-to-end management of the affiliate marketing program, including partner recruitment, performance optimization, and continuous program enhancement.
  • Strategize for Partnerships: Develop and execute partnership strategies with a strong emphasis on ROI, customer acquisition, and long-term value creation.
  • Drive Business Development: Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, managing partner negotiations, and coordinating onboarding in collaboration with Legal and Procurement teams.
  • Manage Technical Integrations: Oversee the technical onboarding and integration of new partners, working closely with IT and Analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and data alignment.
  • Leverage Data & Insights: Monitor internal performance data and market trends to evaluate effectiveness, identify growth gaps, and uncover new opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with key stakeholders across Digital Marketing, Loyalty, Revenue Management, and IT to align on shared goals and maximize impact through integrated initiatives.
  • Own the Growth Roadmap: Develop, maintain, and prioritize a strategic digital growth roadmap aligned with business goals, technical feasibility, and available resources; regularly present progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Build Business Cases: Create and present robust business cases to support new initiatives, including projections for bookings, revenue impact, and scalability.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or performance-based marketing
  • Proven experience in developing and managing performance-driven partnerships
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing landscape, including affiliate networks, metasearch platforms and retail media solutions
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools & platforms (GA4, Looker, Excel, etc.)
  • Understanding of Canadian regulations regarding privacy and cookies
  • Analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with collaboration in cross-functional teams, including leading technical implementations involving IT, web or martech stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment assisting colleagues whenever possible
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing partnerships
  • Experience in travel industry (tour operator, OTA, airlines), a strong asset
  • Bilingual in English and French
