Marketing Lead (Email, Content, Social, SEO, Influencers) for Global Fintech Brand

We're looking for a highly capable marketing generalist to lead growth and engagement for our global digital payments brand, US Unlocked (usunlocked.com). Looking for a driven hands on who can own and execute full-funnel digital marketing, with a strong grasp of how to use AI tools effectively without losing human touch or strategy.

You should be partially strategic, but very hands-on—someone who can write sharp copy, plan a content calendar, develop and manage social posts, build lifecycle emails, and coordinate influencer outreach.

You will ideate, write, and design supporting visuals and video content to accompany your campaigns, so strong creative instincts and having digital media content production skills are essential.

You won’t be required to do web development, but you’ll need to manage messaging and conversion strategy across our WordPress site and landing pages.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Content & SEO: Write or coordinate creation of blogs, help articles, and landing page content; use AI / LLM tools like for efficiency but with your own editorial oversight.

Email Marketing: Build lifecycle campaigns, segment lists and optimize for open, click, and conversion rates.

Social Media: Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn; own the calendar and voice.

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Source and manage relationships with creators or partners who align with our audience; coordinate campaigns and measure impact.

Website Messaging & Funnel Strategy: Collaborate with our team (not build) on messaging direction, page structure, and conversion strategy.

Creative Production: Design image assets, short videos, and promotional content for posts, ads, and campaigns. Tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar are fine—your eye and timing matter more than your tools.

Influencer & Affiliate Outreach: Identify and manage relationships with content creators and affiliate partners. Plan and track paid or performance-driven campaigns.

Analytics: Bonus for familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools to measure what’s working and adjust accordingly.

Must-Have Qualifications

3–5+ years experience running full-scope digital marketing programs in different geographies and different languages (specifically, NOT in the US)

Clear, confident writing and creative instincts

Strong grasp of key performance metrics and funnel strategy

Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Jasper to assist—but not replace—your work

Autonomous, organized, and capable of working without a large team

Nice-to-Have

Experience in ecommerce, payments, or global-facing platforms

Prior success in similar long-term roles
