Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and collaborative webinar marketing expert to help design, structure, and optimize a high-converting webinar that promotes our educational courses—rooted in developmental psychology, trauma-informed practice, and relational leadership with children.

This is a mission-driven project. We are a small but growing education and training business offering online and in-person programs for parents, educators, and professionals who work with children. Our work supports the development of emotionally supportive, conflict-resolving, and thriving relationships between adults and children, as well as body-oriented methods and models for trauma healing, learning and development.

The right person for this job will probably also be interested in access to our courses and trainings, and can see that as an added value of this job.

You’ll work closely with me, Hans Holter Solhjell, developer of the PLS Framework (Positive Learning Spirals)—a set of structured models for adult leadership, emotional support, and conflict resolution used across kindergartens, schools, and families in Norway for over 15 years.

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Help build or refine a sales-focused webinar presentation (PowerPoint/Keynote) using best practices for conversion and engagement
🧠 Collaborate to structure the webinar in a way that clearly presents the problem, builds trust, and introduces our solution-based framework
📈 Strategize how to use the webinar within a larger funnel system (live, evergreen, or hybrid)
🛠️ Recommend and assist in setting up the right platforms (Zoom, Demio, WebinarJam, Kajabi, etc.)
🔁 Create a system for repurposing the webinar into an automated lead funnel, including ideas for email sequences and landing pages
🧩 Support the development of a larger marketing strategy that connects this webinar with other offerings and outreach efforts
🤖 Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Jasper, etc.) to enhance content, copy, and efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience with webinar marketing and online course sales
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with relevant platforms (Zoom, Kajabi, ConvertKit, etc.)
Strategic thinker, but also practical and execution-focused
Comfortable using AI to speed up content creation, copywriting, etc.
