Marketing Manager – Luxury Interior Brands (Social Media & Paid Ads) - Contract to Hire

Full-time | Long-term | Remote (Team based in the Philippines)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a small, international team working with two premium brands in the luxury interior space: Grants and Blindspace.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a strong marketing professional, take real responsibility, and work closely with a founder rather than being one of many in a large agency.

About the role

You will be responsible for

• Managing and developing our marketing team in the Philippines
• Planning, creating, and publishing social media content for two luxury brands
• Managing and improving paid ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Google – focus on quality over volume)
• Ensuring a consistent, premium brand tone across all channels
• Coordinating content around case studies, projects, launches, and brand storytelling
• Working closely with sales and leadership to support commercial goals

This is a hands-on role – you will both manage and do.

About you

• You have a strong interest in marketing, social media, and paid advertising
• You care about design, luxury brands, interiors, architecture, or premium products
• You are comfortable leading a small team and giving clear direction
• You are organized, proactive, and reliable
• You want to build a long-term role in a small, focused company
• Spoken and written English must be very good (this is essential)
