Overview
Looking for a creative strategist to grow my Instagram personal brand @noaholoja from ~100 followers to 500+ engaged followers by Feb 2026. The brand is about helping everyday people (especially immigrants / non‑traditional backgrounds) build 6‑figure careers in tech and become masters with AI.
Scope of work
Audit & reposition
Review current profile, content, highlights, and analytics; propose a clear positioning and profile optimization.
Strategy & planning
Content direction & creation
Write captions optimized for saves/shares and aligned with my voice.
Daily engagement & growth
Execute a daily routine for comments, DMs, story interactions, and strategic engagement with relevant accounts/hashtags.
Reporting
Weekly report on key metrics (reach, saves, shares, follows, engagement rate) and what will be tested next.
Deliverables (first 30 days)
Full audit + profile/bio recommendations
Documented daily engagement playbook
Ideal candidate
Has grown at least 1–2 personal brands or creator accounts from 1k followers to 3–10k with strong engagement.
Portfolio with live accounts in niches like: coaching, education, business, careers, or marketing.
Strong English copywriting and storytelling for Reels/carousels.
Understands Instagram’s 2025 algorithm and features (Reels, Stories, Collabs, broadcast channels, etc.).
