We’re looking for an experienced CRM + Email Marketing Specialist who can help us strategize, automate, and optimize our campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who’s proactive, data-driven, creative, and loves building systems that scale.

What We’re Looking For

A CRM expert who can

Audit our current CRM environment and recommend improvements

Set up, clean, and organize CRM pipelines, data flows, tags, segments, and automation

Build lead-nurture sequences, onboarding campaigns, drip campaigns, and retention funnels

Integrate CRM with landing pages, forms, scheduling tools, analytics, and other platforms

Manage email lists, deliverability, and ongoing optimization

Create high-conversion email campaigns aligned with our brand voice

Track performance and provide actionable insights

Collaborate with our team to map out customer journeys and lifecycle stages

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement CRM automations that streamline workflows

Develop segmented, personalized email campaigns

Boost retention, conversion, and engagement metrics

Build dashboards and reporting for ongoing insights

Create clean, effective email copy (optional, but a big plus)

Collaborate on strategy for funnels, lead magnets, and customer journeys

Qualifications

Proven experience managing CRM + email systems

A portfolio that demonstrates past campaign success

Ability to work independently and propose new ideas

Strong communication and project-management skills

Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data
