Job Description

We’re looking for a full-time HR professional to join our fast-scaling e-commerce company. Our team operates remotely and is spread across multiple countries. We want to level up our team, attract top talent, and build a strong company culture as we grow.

What you’ll do

✅ Attract and recruit new team members (freelancers and full-time)

✅ Build systems to continuously attract top talent

✅ Conduct daily communication and check-ins with the team

✅ Keep track of individual KPIs and performance

✅ Flag underperformers and lead the process to replace them if necessary

✅ Help us build a healthy, productive, and happy team

✅ Support the onboarding and offboarding processes

✅ Assist in developing company policies, values, and communication frameworks

Who you are

Experienced in HR, recruitment, and team management

Excellent communicator (written and spoken)

Proactive, organized, and results-driven

Knows how to work with KPIs and performance data

Has worked with remote teams before (bonus if in e-commerce)

Available full-time and can start immediately
