Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales efforts to prospective clients
- Manage territory accounts through effective territory management strategies
- Present product demos and conduct upselling opportunities to existing and potential customers
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, marketing campaigns, and customer outreach
- Maintain strong relationships with clients via account management and customer service excellence
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales data
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies and territory planning
- Assist in marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and market penetration
- Support inside sales efforts by engaging with clients via phone or virtual meetings
Requirements
- Strong interest in outside sales, B2B sales, and business development strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to perform product demos and effectively upsell solutions
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
- Basic analysis skills for evaluating sales data and market trends
- Experience or interest in retail sales, technical sales, or technology products is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage territory accounts and generate leads through cold calling or networking
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
