About the Role

Talpa Supermercados is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channel while preserving the family values and customer service our community’s trust. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, growth, and operational excellence within a supermarket environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in grocery or retail e-commerce, understands fulfillment operations, and can connect with a Hispanic / multicultural customer base.

What You’ll Do

· Manage daily e-commerce operations (online ordering, pickup, delivery)

· Ensure accuracy of online pricing, promotions, and product availability

· Partner with store managers to ensure smooth order fulfillment

· Monitor online sales, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction

· Track and report key performance metrics

· Improve the online customer experience while aligning with Talpa’s culture

· Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms and delivery partners

What We’re Looking For

· 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, grocery, or retail operations

· Experience with online ordering platforms and fulfillment workflows

· Strong operational and problem-solving skills

· Data-driven and customer-focused mindset

· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

· Experience serving Hispanic or multicultural markets a plus

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling content and effectively correspond with clients and team members
  • Experience in Sales and Event Planning to organize events and support outreach efforts that drive business growth
  • Proven ability in Project Management to successfully coordinate and execute marketing initiatives
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability to handle multiple projects
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and technologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with retail, grocery, or related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
