Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assess overarching corporate strategy and break it down into clear, measurable, and time-bound initiatives that can be operationalized across the business.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align strategic initiatives with corporate priorities.
  • Define initiative scope, objectives, success metrics, interdependencies, and required resources.
  • Provide structured frameworks and tools to ensure consistency and rigor in strategy execution.
  • Lead the TO, managing enterprise-wide transformation activities, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all workstreams maintain momentum, operate according to defined goals and processes, and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Monitor progress and escalate risks, barriers, or cross-functional dependencies as needed.
  • Provide subject-matter guidance on strategic planning, project structuring, change management, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with initiative owners to refine business cases, validate assumptions, and ensure initiatives adhere to governance standards.
  • Identify, assess, and manage change impacts across the organization, recommending mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement through the TO.
  • Prepare strategic presentations, analysis, and progress updates for the Board, Executive Management Team (EMT), and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
  • Ensure Board-ready content meets expectations for accuracy, strategic relevance, and clarity.
  • Support scenario planning, market assessments, and other strategic initiatives as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience with management consulting, strategic planning, investment banking, enterprise transformation, or related field in operations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation or enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Experience working with senior executives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and/or organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience developing governance models, frameworks, and data-driven analysis.
  • Deep understanding of practices in planning, accounting and finance

Certificates & Licenses
  • There are no certificates, licenses or registrations required for this position.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prosci (Change Management), or Lean Six Sigma are considered assets.
Physical Requirements
  • Employee must be able to sit for extended periods of time and have use of arms and hands in repetitive motion. A fair amount of standing and walking is also required for the position.
