ECOMMERCE Assist

• Customize Shopify images and graphics to align with brand aesthetics and improve user experience
• Organize products into collections to improve navigation and customer browsing experience
• Implement effective tag management for organizing products and collections
• Optimizing product pages, collection pages, and other content for relevant keywords
• Writing compelling meta titles and descriptions to improve click-through rates in search results
• Optimizing image alt tags, headings, and content structure for better search engine visibility
• Incorporating multimedia elements (e.g., images, videos, blog posts) to enhance content engagement and SEO
• Provide support for product inquiries, order status updates, and technical issues

MARKETING Assist

• Coordinate or capture custom photos and videos for e-commerce and social media within 7 days of product arrival.
• Ensure all products are up-to-date in the system
• Develop content for company websites
• Produce digital, written, and video content for social media and e-commerce platforms based on marketing plans
• Create engaging stories for Instagram and Facebook pages.
• Respond to comments and messages on social media.
