Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing & Ecommerce Manager at Strawberry Paris, based in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA).
As a key member of our intimate and passionate team, you will drive our digital presence, influencer partnerships, social media strategy, and ecommerce growth while supporting broader marketing initiatives. This role offers significant responsibility and opportunities for impact in a fast-growing luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, including outreach, sample shipping coordination, content tracking, ROI analysis, and performance reporting.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, including planning and scheduling posts 30-60 days in advance across platforms.
- Create and edit engaging content, including Instagram Stories, Highlights, Reels, and short-form videos optimized for viral potential (various formats, ratios, and platforms).
- Design and implement giveaway campaigns and engagement tactics to grow followers and boost interaction.
- Craft targeted email marketing campaigns for B2B wholesale partners and direct-to-consumer ecommerce customers.
- Produce supporting assets such as GIFs, presentation materials, and creative visuals.
- Utilize advanced Excel for complex reporting, analytics, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate on innovative content creation strategies and procedures to elevate brand storytelling.
- Contribute to overall digital marketing efforts to drive traffic, conversions, and sales on our ecommerce platform.

Requirements
- Must have a completed bachelor's degree.
- Able to commit to full-time work.
- Currently located in (or able to relocate to) Los Angeles shortly.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and ecommerce (fashion industry preferred).
- Strong skills in sales, marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in video editing, content creation, and tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends, influencer marketing, and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
- Exceptional written communication for email campaigns and content.
- Creative mindset with a passion for fashion, romantic feminine aesthetics, and brand building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and social scheduling tools is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
