The Senior Manager of Product Management is a pivotal role that drives the product roadmap and product development of a set of digital products. This individual will understand market dynamics and the competitive landscape to develop a long-term product vision that addresses customer needs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to create a product vision.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmaps for a set of products
  • Lead the product planning process form grooming the backlog to prioritization to developing epics and user stories.
  • Partner with cross-functional business and tech teams to ensure alignment
  • Manager a team of product owners through ongoing coaching and development

  • End-to-end ownership of a consumer-facing mobile app experience, spanning login through checkout, full eCommerce functionality, and ongoing feature expansion across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional initiatives, including replatforming and relaunching mobile applications (e.g., React Native), while partnering closely with Engineering, Marketing, Stores, and Senior Leadership to drive adoption and results.
  • Highly collaborative, executive-facing product leader with experience influencing at the C-suite level (CDO, President of Stores), translating strategy into action, and driving alignment across omni-channel teams.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
  • 3+ years of management experience, leading product management teams or similar.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Able to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g. B2B, supply chain, office supplies).
  • Experience leading or scaling external, customer-facing mobile applications, ideally within eCommerce, service-based, or omni-channel environments (e.g., retail, delivery, or loyalty-driven apps).
  • Demonstrated success launching and marketing mobile apps, including coordinating relaunches, store and digital marketing campaigns, and driving customer adoption post-launch.
  • Background working with dedicated mobile engineering teams, including managing or growing product teams and partnering closely with engineering during periods of platform expansion and increased investment.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
