ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Field Merchandiser to join the Sensei Farms team! If you're passionate about fresh produce, enjoy building great store relationships, and love being on the move-this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Ensure Sensei Farms products are always stocked, fresh, and beautifully displayed.
Rotate and merchandise items according to store plan-o-grams.
Keep shelves clean and organized-eliminate out-of-stocks and expired products.
Report store visits via our mobile app, including photo uploads.
Restock shelves from the backroom as needed.
Set up promotional displays and signage.
Communicate store-level issues to both store managers and Sensei leadership.
Build strong, positive relationships with store staff.
Follow scheduled routes and company policies.
Deliver top-tier customer service with a positive, can-do attitude.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED

At least 1 year of retail grocery experience.
Based in the Philadelphia Metro area.
Able to travel up to 75% of the time throughout the Northeastern U.S., including overnight, when required.
Comfortable driving 500-1000 miles per week to visit multiple store locations.
Have your own transportation and a valid U.S. driver's license.
A clean driving record (no more than 2 points in the past 3 years) and proof of insurance.
Able to squat, bend and lift up to 20 lbs. regularly.
Ability to work independently with consistent, reliable attendance.
Experience with shelf merchandising and using mobile apps for reporting.
Skilled at building rapport and addressing customer needs.

Bonus points if you have...

Familiarity with produce departments operations.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

High School diploma or equivalent.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight when required.
