Role Summary

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to manually create, manage, and grow new Instagram and X accounts. You will be responsible for setting up accounts, posting content manually, writing captions, engaging with comments, and maintaining an organized content workflow using Google Drive. Strategy and direction are provided. Your role is execution, consistency, and follow through.

Key Responsibilities

Create new Instagram and X accounts from scratch

Manually post content daily on Instagram and X

Write engaging, platform specific captions

Upload, organize, and manage content in Google Drive

Ensure correct formatting, tagging, hashtags, and posting times

Actively like, reply to, and manage comments

Engage with relevant accounts to increase visibility

Maintain a simple posting and engagement log

Follow brand voice and posting guidelines exactly

Required Skills and Experience

Hands on experience posting manually on Instagram and X

Strong caption writing and communication skills

Comfortable creating and managing new social media accounts

Organized and detail oriented

Ability to follow systems and instructions

Comfortable using Google Drive for content management

Reliable, consistent, and responsive

Nice to Have

Experience growing new accounts from zero

Understanding of Instagram and X engagement mechanics

Experience running multiple accounts at once
