- *Opportunity**:
You are full of ideas, organized, and love eCommerce project management.
Through day to day functions, the Digital Operations Specialist contributes to maintaining and strengthening Saje’s culture; proactively engaging in behaviours that align with Saje’s values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness and Belonging
- *Responsibilities**: Overall
- Own the multi-channel Digital Marketing & eCommerce promotional calendar and ensure cohesion between eCommerce, Brand and Digital marketing on timing of promotions optimizing flip moments against labor, revenue opportunity and inventory drops as well as asset delivery from brand, while prioritizing homepage messaging against sales targets.
- Run cross functional SWATs for large retail events such as BF/CM
- Help manage the product feeds that support eCommerce and Digital Marketing
- Support the GTM and Sales Meetings as it relates to eCommerce and Digital Marketing
- Manage and update the Digital Marketing & e-Commerce department workplan
- Support tracking of expenses for the team
- Work on other duties as assigned. This is an ever-evolving role and adaptability will be the key to success.

Digital Marketing
- SEO Optimization across DTC and marketplaces
- Facilitate seeding and gifting as required
- Work with the brand team to coordinate digital assets and contribute to creative asset briefs
- Create, review, assess, and optimize internal digital marketing processes
- Review validity of featured products in briefs and digital marketing factoring in their seasonal SOV and inventory investments
- Support in passing creative to relevant stakeholders internally and externally, on-time, in the appropriate formats, and using the correct naming conventions
eCommerce
- Facilitate and support Gift with Purchase programs for eCommerce
- Manage the content, briefing and calendar tracking of needs for areas of the website outside of Product Catalogue such as Customer Service including but not limited to FAQ pages, shipping/returns page, and Blog
Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in the updating of daily, weekly and monthly reporting for each of our websites and marketplaces. This includes revenue, marketing spend, KPI reporting, product sales, and data analysis.
- Support post-mortem presentation and analysis tied to sales events such as BF/CM
Business Intelligence
- Support buildout and servicing of eCommerce and Digital Marketing dashboard building
- *Applicant Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in eCommerce/Marketing or related field; or equivalent years of combined education & experience
- Minimum 2 years’ direct eCommerce (Shopify) experience
- Experience in SEO management
- High level of experience in managing project deadlines within established cost and time frames
- Expert level knowledge with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze and report on sales and product performance for eCommerce, as well as digital marketing campaign performance
- Working knowledge of project management platforms such as Asana, and JIRA
- Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
- Strong analytical capabilities with working knowledge of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and other analytics platforms
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to problem solve and seek out solutions
- Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projec
