Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both digital marketing campaigns and website updates. You should have a strong fashion sense, a creative mindset, and the technical know-how to make our brand stand out online.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Google)

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest

Grow and manage social media accounts

Implement SEO strategies for organic growth

Create and manage email marketing campaigns

Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports

Web Development

Maintain and update our fashion e-commerce website (Shopify)

Ensure mobile responsiveness, speed, and SEO optimization

Upload new collections, banners, and product details

Improve user experience and troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing and website management (preferably in fashion)

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify

Graphic design and content creation skills are a big plus

Ability to work independently and deliver results

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.

Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

Conduct research to identify trends in social media and consumer behavior to inform content strategy.

Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to inquiries.

Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies in digital marketing.

Assist in the execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms to support e-commerce initiatives.

Identify and reach out to celebrities and influencers for collaborations and brand promotions.

Plan and execute photoshoots, including concept development and mood board creation. Arrange models, photographers, makeup artists, and stylists for campaigns.

Assist in managing online store, ensuring smooth website functionality. Upload and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing. Work with developers to improve website UI/UX and resolve technical issues.

Skills

Proficient in digital marketing techniques including SEO and advertising strategies.

Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator and photoshop).

Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail in written content.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration with social media strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on engaging storytelling.

Ability to collaborate with influencers, celebrities and stylists.

Ability to plan and execute fashion shoots and create different moods in accordance with on going trends.

Driving License Required*
