We’re looking for a highly skilled, results-driven marketing strategist who knows how to turn music releases, tours, and merch campaigns into measurable growth. You will work closely with Lil Smoke and our in-house team to craft and execute marketing strategies that resonate with hip-hop audiences and build long-term fan loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing campaigns for singles, albums, tours, and merch drops.
• Optimize digital presence: social media, streaming platforms, email, and website.
• Analyze audience engagement and streaming analytics to drive strategy.
• Collaborate on creative direction for visuals, ads, and content campaigns.
• Identify sponsorship, brand partnership, and collaboration opportunities.
• Develop fan engagement strategies to grow a loyal community.

Requirements

. 1-6 years of experience

• Proven experience in music marketing, artist growth, or entertainment marketing.
• Strong understanding of hip-hop culture, streaming platforms, and social media trends.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure ROI and campaign success.
• Experience running paid ads (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio or case studies showcasing measurable results in artist growth.
