Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist

You will serve as a strategic architect and cross-functional leader, driving brand awareness and revenue growth for high-impact products. You are the "go-to" expert for marketing strategy, responsible for leading large-scale campaigns, managing global media relationships, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Define high-level project objectives and advertising standards; lead cross-functional teams to hit lead-gen and advocacy goals.
  • Media & Amplification: Own the media planning lifecycle, managing large agencies and global media teams to scale brand stories across social and traditional channels.
  • Data & ROI: Track and report on campaign performance (MQLs, revenue, and pipeline) using CRM tools to ensure every dollar spent drives business results.
  • Operations & Logistics: Manage external vendors and budgets for complex virtual and physical events-from audiovisual planning to speaker management.
  • Inclusive Excellence: Champion DEI and psychological safety. Facilitate inclusive meetings and mitigate bias to ensure diverse perspectives thrive.

Required Skills

  • Strategic Growth: Proficiency in SEO, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Consumer Behavior.
  • Execution: Advanced Project Management and Deal Negotiation.
  • Analysis: Expert at data synthesis and translating metrics into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Elite stakeholder management and public amplification skills.
