**eCommerce Associate**

• *Location**: Halifax, NS
• *Reports To**: eCommerce Growth Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable eCommerce Associate to join our growing team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our online stores (PSEUDIO, envy+grace, and Samuel & Co.).

You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are uploaded and merchandised efficiently, customer inquiries are handled promptly, and operational workflows are managed smoothly.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• Customer Service Support
• Process refunds and returns.
• Order Monitoring
• Monitor orders daily to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders
• Product & Site Management
• Upload new products to the website, including images, descriptions, and details.
• Write and prepare product descriptions
• Merchandize products within site categories to optimize the shopping experience.
• Maintain product catalog accuracy by gathering imagery and product specs from vendors.
• Perform regular audits to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with the Studio and Marketing teams to coordinate image assets for new products and site updates
• Partner with internal teams to support ongoing eCommerce initiatives.
• Ad Hoc Operational Tasks
• Support the team with operational needs, such as price updates, discount setups, tagging, reporting, and other miscellaneous tasks.
• *Qualifications & Skills**
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data entry, reporting).
• Experience using Shopify, Retail1, or similar eCommerce platforms (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, collaborative team player eager to learn and grow.
