Meta Ads Specialist

**Job Overview**

Are you a digital advertising pro with a passion for driving performance across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok? We're looking for a **Meta Ads & TikTok Ads Specialist** to join our growing e-commerce team and lead paid media campaigns that fuel our brand growth

• *Responsibilities**
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on **Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)** and **TikTok**:
• Strategically segment audiences, set up targeting, and continuously test creatives, ad copy, and placements
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas
• Collaborate with the creative/content team to guide ad creatives that perform
• Monitor and report on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, etc.) and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and ad formats on both platforms
• *Experience**
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Strong understanding of **TikTok Ads Manager** and content-driven campaign strategies
• Proven experience with **performance marketing**, especially in e-commerce
• Ability to work with content creators to brief and direct ad creatives
• Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of ad performance metrics
• Self-starter who takes ownership and meets deadlines

You will be asked to **present a strategic plan for launching ad campaigns on both Meta and TikTok**. This will include research on our **Pharmaris brand**, its positioning, and the competitive landscape.

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
