About Park & Fifth
Park & Fifth is a Canadian fashion brand creating beautifully made dresses for bridesmaids, brides, and wedding guests. Designed in Vancouver, our collections prioritize fashion-forward styles, inclusive sizing and sustainable practices. With customers across Canada and the US, we’re a fast growing, digitally led brand shaping the future of modern occasionware.
About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid media portfolio across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, as well as our performance email portfolio. This role will work closely with our external media agency to scale spend efficiently, drive profitable growth, and support key brand and revenue goals.
You’ll be responsible for translating business priorities into email and paid media strategy, ensuring campaigns are always optimized for performance, and providing insights that fuel smarter decisions. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with deep D2C experience, strong channel expertise, and a passion for scaling digital programs at a fast-growing retail brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage performance marketing channels: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok and Pinterest.
- Partner closely with our media agency to develop strategy, execute campaigns, and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Own budget management, pacing, and monthly forecasting across all paid channels.
- Manage email/SMS campaign and flow strategy as well as execution to ensure optimal customer journey, revenue growth and customer retention strategies.
- Analyze daily/weekly performance and provide actionable recommendations to maximize ROAS, optimize CPA, and drive incremental revenue.
- Partner with eCommerce, Creative, and Merchandising teams to ensure campaigns align with launches, promotions, and business priorities.
- Understand creative performance deeply — identifying winning formats, concepts, hooks, and iterations — and drive ongoing creative optimization to improve efficiency and scale.
- Lead testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages) and translate findings into scalable wins.
- Manage reporting dashboards; present insights, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Monitor channel health, pixel/data tracking, audience quality, and attribution.
- Stay ahead of industry changes, innovation within AI, algorithm shifts, and best practices across Klayvio, Pinterest, Meta, and Google.
- Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience, ideally in retail or D2C eCommerce (agency or brand side).
- Proven success managing multi-channel paid media programs and budgets.
- Proven success owning an email marketing portfolio.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Experience managing external agencies.
- Solid understanding of measurement, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
- Working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and Looker/BI tools is a plus.
- What You Bring
- A data-first mindset with a bias for action.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to manage timelines.
- Curiosity for creative testing and audience strategy.
- Passion for growing brands through smart, measurable performance marketing.
- Excitement around unique customer journeys and problem solving mindset
