Digital Business Analyst – eCommerce & CRM (Hybrid)

Overview

We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst – eCommerce & CRM to play a key role in driving the growth, adoption, and continuous improvement of our eCommerce and CRM platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams—including Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product Management, and Customer Advisory Panels—as well as IT and technical teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

This position focuses on enhancing user experience, improving platform functionality, and delivering measurable business value in support of a customer-centric strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Design and deliver enhancements to eCommerce and CRM platforms
• Drive improvements in user experience, features, and site functionality
• Support initiatives across the full project lifecycle using Agile/DevOps methodologies
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and customer needs
• Contribute to service excellence by anticipating needs and responding with urgency

Qualifications- (Must be USC )

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on eCommerce and CRM initiatives
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B environments (manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with eCommerce and CRM platforms (BigCommerce and SAP C4 preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Equivalent experience may be considered in place of formal education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
