We are currently looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. This full-time position involves developing and managing offline marketing, fundraising, and communications strategies for our expanding client base. You will be responsible for

  • Leading teams to create compelling direct mail marketing strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising.
  • Overseeing the development, implementation, and production of innovative direct mail fundraising campaigns.
  • Integrating direct mail campaigns with other fundraising channels, like email and SMS.
  • Creating and managing reports that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting the professional growth of colleagues through training and mentorship.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by managing relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating on strategic planning for direct mail marketing, revenue forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Working with client teams to manage project resources and timelines effectively.
  • Participating in business development efforts and contributing to new business pitches.

Must-have qualifications

  • 5+ years of in-house or agency experience in direct mail communications, fundraising, and marketing for nonprofits or political organizations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to apply strategic direct marketing principles.
  • Client management experience with a track record of accountability.
  • A proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for making a positive difference in the world.

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience with integrated fundraising or direct mail fundraising.

The salary range for this role is $73,000 to $83,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is remote, with team members residing in specific states. We currently have no plans for a return to the office. Due to Florida legislation, MissionWired participates in e-verify.
