Job Responsibilities

* Ensure customers satisfaction through the accuracy and timely manner of your work.
Supporting the E-commerce team in the daily operations of running a successful order fulfillment.
Assist in overseeing day-to-day e-commerce orders, generate the most suitable shipping schedule, and prepare the labels accordingly.
Work closely with freight forwarder and our shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products; track and communicate any delays or changes.
Ensure and maintain the accuracy of warehouse stock data. Keeping a track of all the stock and inventory requirements.
Assist in reviewing sales forecast and inventory level.
Preparing, checking, verifying, and maintaining the orders and documents, including inbound and outbound shipments
Ensuring the shipments are properly unloaded and stocked at the designed place. You might not be required to do the unloading but you are required to guild the warehouse team members.
Ensuring that all shipments are packed securely and correctly.
Scheduling and undertaking warehouse inspections and cleaning activities.
Always Ensuring adherence to the safety protocols and guidelines.
Reporting any missing or damaged shipments
Assist Weekly / Monthly report: upcoming shipment, product review, outstanding order list, or stock level analysis.
Other signed tasks.

Requirements

Must be punctual and disciplined.
Strong sense of customer service.
High school diploma or related work experience. Preferably, 1 more hand on experience with logistics coordination or order process positions in retail or distribution related industry.
Be able to work in the warehouse environment.
Self-motivated problem solver, detail-oriented, organized.
Good at data and scheduling, good time sense of deadline.
Knowledge of safety precautions and guidelines.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and spreadsheet skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills

California State Driver’s License

Language Ability

Speak, Read, and Write English in a professional manner is must
Japanese/English or Spanish/English bilingual skill would be plus

Work Environment

Summary of the Position

The E-Commerce Operation Assistant - Order Processing/Shipping is a critical hands-on position in our E-commerce team. The position is responsible for all aspects of ecommerce orders processing and shipments; will work closely with our vendors to ensure accurate shipping schedule, communicate regularly with carriers and internal team, review shipping documents. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, sense of deadline, and organization.
