Digital Product Specialist

**Responsibilities**

1.Understand and research cosmetics and skincare products from China, Japan, and Korea, writing detailed product descriptions; accurately upload product information to the Shopify platform

2.Sense of current market trends and manage product display modules on Shopify (such as New Arrival, Best Seller, etc.), ensuring that products are showcased effectively to attract customers and boost sales

3.Regularly monitor and update product inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels; manage product expiry dates to ensure product quality and freshness during sale periods

4. Conduct regular analysis of product orders and inventory status, ensuring stock levels match sales demand, and optimize inventory management

5. Review and process customer orders, understand customer needs, and analyze product sales performance, providing data support for future purchasing decisions

6.Assist with product selection such as cosmetics and skincare mystery boxes, ensuring product offerings meet market demand

7. Manage and adjust product pricing strategies based on market feedback and competition, ensuring competitive pricing

• *Requirements**:

1. Familiarity with cosmetics and skincare products from China, Japan, and Korea.

2. Experience with Shopify platform operations is a plus.

3.Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content based on product features and market trends.

4. Strong data analysis skills to manage inventory and ordering effectively.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
