Marketing and E-Commerce Manager

Position: eCommerce Manager

JaniSource is looking for a talented and driven Marketing & eCommerce Manager to grow our online business. The ideal candidate must have a track record of building brands. We are looking for a creative, energetic and driven person to build our brands and grow with us!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Improving overall UX for our sites.
• Perform daily maintenance and merchandising updates on site
• Manage and monitor the online product catalog (add/edit products, prices, sales, categorization) through the Content Management System or backend processes
• Identify and collaborate with best-of-breed service providers in enhancing the customer experience online

What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related degree.

Preferred Experience: 3+ years in e-Commerce, Product Management, Content Management, Online Marketing, Web Development, or other relevant experiences.

• A high degree of internet savvy, with a curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies, and customer experience
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with concepts like SEO, SEM, PPC, ROI, RETARGETING, CMS, META TAGS, UX, ANALYTICS, B2C, B2B, UGC, ROAS
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, positive
• Able to think both creatively and critically. Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
• Able to multi-task, manage many projects and drive multiple threads of work to completion
• Able to quickly learn the necessary technical tools and new concepts
