Position Summary

The Marketing Facilitator provides hands-on support for marketing activities across three multispecialty clinic locations. This role assists the Director of Clinic Operations and Multispecialty Clinic Coordinators (MCCs) with implementing marketing plans, maintaining digital content, and ensuring consistent brand presentation.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with a passion for healthcare marketing and an enthusiasm for collaborating with clinic teams to promote services and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support & Coordination

  • Act as a communication link between clinic locations, the Director of Clinic Operations, and Syndicate Marketing.
  • Help organize and carry out marketing projects and campaigns under direction from leadership.
  • Maintain a shared Marketing Dashboard to track campaigns, content schedules, and engagement metrics.
  • Participate in weekly check-ins with the Director of Clinic Operations to review updates and new initiatives.
  • Keep the marketing calendar up to date for easy visibility of upcoming promotions and events.

Campaign & Ad Support

  • Assist with creating and submitting ad approval requests using the Ad Approval Form.
  • Coordinate with Syndicate Marketing to ensure campaign details are accurate and timely.
  • Log campaign performance data in the Marketing Dashboard for review.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and ads have been reviewed and approved before posting.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Support MCCs and providers in capturing authentic photos and videos for social media.
  • Edit short videos or graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Post approved content to Facebook and Instagram and monitor for engagement.
  • Highlight providers, services, community events, and new hires through regular social posts.

Digital & In-Clinic Displays

  • Update clinic digital signage, lobby TVs, and banners with current promotions or service highlights.
  • Keep a log of updates and ensure materials stay fresh and consistent across locations.

Branding & Promotional Materials

  • Help track inventory of promotional items (“swag”) and marketing supplies at each clinic.
  • Assist with reordering or coordinating new designs as directed.
  • Prepare goody bags and branded items for new patient welcomes and community events.

Website & Online Presence

  • Support website updates for new providers, services, and staff bios.
  • Review site content regularly for accuracy and bring needed changes to leadership or the web vendor.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or administrative support, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, Canva (or similar tools), and basic video editing.
  • Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Performance Expectations

  • Meet monthly content and posting goals.
  • Keep marketing dashboards and calendars accurate and current.
  • Maintain professional communication with internal staff and external partners.
  • Show initiative in identifying ways to improve marketing coordination and consistency.
