Summary
The Marketing Communications Managerwill develop best-in-class customer communicationsthatdrive awareness and preference, engagement and likeabilityfor Enercare and its services.The manager will leverage unique and meaningful customer insightsto create communications that are most relevant to the target audience., Working in partnership with the Customer Base Management and Product Management teams, the manager willhelp createend-to-end communications campaigns that drive acquisition, cross-sell, upsell and retentionby leveraging earned, owned and paid channels.Campaigns & Programs will play a key role in developing and executing customer growth and retention strategies through various advertising campaigns and marketing-programs. The manager will build and oversee initiatives that support Enercare’s marketing communications strategy, building the brand, engaging consumers, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

The marketing communications team at Enercare plays an important role in ensuring current and prospective customers understand its value proposition.
This position focuses on the Home Services portfolio across all lines of business including HVAC, Hot Water, Maintenance and Protection Plans, Electrical and Plumbing Services, and Air and Water Treatment. As an industry undergoing massive shifts in technology and competition, a desire to learn, lead and win is a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and influence the implementation of marketing communications strategies and programs to deliver against business plans and marketing KPIs short
- and long-term business plans
- Leverage research and analytics to develop customer insights that will be the cornerstone of creative development
- Build strong relationships with external vendors and agencies such as advertising, copy writing, media buying, digital(web and CRM), and social media in order to develop and executeall elements of integrated marketing campaigns
- Work closely with CRM team to develop detailed customer journeys and create effective and impactful communications appropriate for each step and stage of the journey
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Cx Experience, Legal, Sales and Channel partners to ensure consistency and seamless integration of all marketing material and messaging
- Help stakeholders understand the Enercare brand guidelines, including visual standards, and ensure they areappliedy them to all customer-facing initiatives
- MonitorManage budgetspending for all campaigns - work withing allocated budget plan to spend
- Work with accounting team to manage and process vendor invoices
- Complete post-mortems and analyze and comprehend program ROI and benefits
- Contribute tobuildingdeveloping annual and quarterly marketing plans
- *Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years' experience in a marketing communications role leading campaigns or large-scaled projects
- Proven excellence in written and verbal communications specifically in delivering project briefings and reports, working in.ppt and managing project communications effectivel
