What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, follow-ups, and networking
- Own the sales process from first conversation through close
- Qualify prospects and uncover real business needs
- Present digital marketing solutions with confidence and clarity
- Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and results
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase revenue
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, SEO, and ad teams
- Keep your pipeline organized and moving in CRM systems
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person discussions
- Work toward performance-based goals with clear expectations and support
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who enjoys outbound sales and is confident on the phone
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, or client services
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Competitive mindset with a relationship-first approach
- Organized, accountable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working toward goals and growing income through performance
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn digital marketing
- Agency, B2B, or marketing experience is a plus — but not required
