Job Summary

Deluxe Living is seeking a proactive and Chinese speaking Customer Service Representative to join our U.S. team. This is a remote, part-time position ideal for college students, especially international students—who are looking for flexible work while studying. You’ll provide support to customers on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple platforms
Handle after-sales issues such as returns, exchanges, and complaints in line with company policies
Coordinate with our operations team to address logistics or product-related concerns
Translate and deliver customer feedback to internal teams to improve our products and services
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, courteous communication

Requirements

Currently enrolled student in the U.S. (international students strongly encouraged to apply)
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong written and verbal skills
Familiar with U.S. online shopping habits and customer service norms
Previous customer service experience preferred, especially on Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, or Lowe’s
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Able to work independently with reliable internet access
Available 5 days a week for 2–4 hours each afternoon or evening (schedule negotiable)

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
