Digital Art Director — Web, Social, Motion & AI-Enhanced Content

We build high-visibility digital campaigns for some of the most prestigious real estate developments in the country. Now we’re looking for a hands-on Digital Art Director who’s ready to learn fast, create a lot, and work with cutting-edge tools.

About the Role

This role is built for someone who loves to make things. You think in Figma, you understand how digital content comes together, and you’re excited by the idea of producing landing pages, banner ads, social content, motion graphics, and short-form video in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

You don’t need years of agency experience.

You do need talent, curiosity, and the drive to jump in and start producing real work from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Build responsive layouts, landing pages, and digital components in Figma
  • Create GIFs, animations, and graphics for email and social campaigns
  • Concept and execute social ads and paid media visuals
  • Edit short-form video (reels, promo clips, social stories)
  • Produce digital banner ads in multiple formats
  • Work within established brand systems and apply them consistently
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, and fellow creatives

Skills You Should Already Have

You don’t need 5–7 years of experience. But you should come in with:

  • Comfort using Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic layout tools
  • Working proficiency in Figma, or willing to learn
  • Some experience in video editing (Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
  • A portfolio that shows clean design, thoughtful typography, and digital craft

If you know how to learn quickly, we’ll help you grow into the rest.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with AI creative tools
  • Any photography or video production background – VEO3 and Premier Pro
  • Experience with brand systems or campaign work
