Role: Growth Founding Member

As a Growth Founding Member at Entrext, you will lead the growth engine behind Companion—taking it from early concept to city-level adoption. You’ll mix product instincts with on-ground community activation, viral loops, partnerships, and rapid experimentation to drive real-world usage.

You’ll move fast, experiment aggressively, validate ideas with live users, and play a defining role in shaping how people meet each other through spontaneous shared activities. This role comes with 10% participation/stake in the product.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Strategy

Craft and execute the growth strategy to scale Companion in neighborhoods, universities, co-working spaces, cafés, parks, and cities.
Build smart acquisition systems: real-world activation, content loops, incentives, and habit-forming touchpoints.
Identify high-impact channels like micro-events, interest hubs, local communities, and influencer meet-ups.

Product-Market Fit & Experiments

Collaborate closely with product to refine the flow of discovering activities and matching with people nearby.
Run rapid experiments—pop-up walks, reading circles, chai breaks, co-work hours, micro-networking events, etc.
Test different mechanics: availability signals, shared-interest stacks, vibe-based matching, and community badges.

Community & Partnerships

Build hyperlocal communities around shared activities (morning walkers, coffee thinkers, book lovers, builders).
Create partnerships with cafés, co-working spaces, college clubs, fitness spots, and local micro-communities.
Engage with early adopters and seed circles to create real-world momentum.

Metrics & P&L Ownership

Own core metrics: daily active users, session frequency, successful matches, repeat activities, retention, and revenue.
Maintain ecosystem health: activity availability, match rates, locality saturation, user safety & vibes.
Manage P&L: premium features, community passes, partner monetization, churn reduction.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with product, engineering, design, and support to launch new flows, features, and community tools quickly.
Sync growth initiatives with product roadmap and user behavior insights.
Help shape Companion through rapid build → measure → learn loops.

What You Bring

Entrepreneurial drive—comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and building from scratch.
Experience in growth, community building, or launching digital/social products.
Strong analytical abilities: funnels, metrics, experiments, user flows.
Excellent people instincts—comfortable engaging users, partners, and ambassadors.
A genuine passion for connecting people and building human-first interactions.
