We are looking to engage a highly skilled Performance Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple advertising platforms. This role is focused on measurable outcomes, efficiency of ad spend, and scalable growth, not experimental or awareness-only campaigns.
The ideal candidate has direct experience handling significant ad budgets, understands full-funnel performance marketing, and can operate independently while aligning with broader business objectives.
1. Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end execution of paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop structured campaign frameworks aligned with business goals (lead generation, conversions, bookings, inquiries)
- Select and manage campaign objectives, bidding strategies, placements, and optimization events
- Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns while maintaining performance efficiency
2. Budget Management & Performance Optimization
- Manage monthly ad budgets with accountability for spend allocation and returns
- Continuously optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action quickly
- Scale winning campaigns through data-driven decisions rather than assumptions
3. Audience Targeting & Funnel Development
- Build and refine cold, warm, and retargeting audiences
- Implement lookalike, interest-based, and custom audiences
- Design and optimize full-funnel structures including awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- Align ad messaging with funnel stage and user intent
4. Testing & Experimentation
- Plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and landing pages
- Interpret results accurately and apply learnings to improve performance
- Maintain a structured testing roadmap rather than random experimentation
5. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution across platforms (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion events)
- Monitor performance dashboards and platform analytics
- Deliver clear, structured performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations
- Communicate results in business terms, not just platform metrics
6. Collaboration & Conversion Optimization
- Work with internal teams using existing creative assets (images, videos, copy)
- Provide strategic recommendations for landing pages, lead forms, and conversion flows
- Identify drop-offs and friction points in the customer journey and suggest improvements
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in performance marketing / paid media management
- Hands-on experience managing real advertising budgets (minimum 4–5 figures monthly preferred)
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and optimization logic
- Experience with lead generation, service-based businesses, and high-intent campaigns
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
