**E-Commerce & Loyalty Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid Remote**

Reports to: E-Commerce & Loyalty Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC

The main responsibilities of the E-Commerce & Loyalty Marketing Coordinator will be providing coordinator support to the Digital Marketing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • *Administration & Coordination**
  • Support rollout of Digital Customer Experience project launch, including content gathering and testing for new e-commerce website and mobile app
  • Conduct website maintenance and optimization including SEO
  • Manage online menu updates across all channels (CRM, online ordering, delivery partners, IT support desk)
  • Administer bakery location operating hours, openings and changeovers on website, Google, Bing, Yelp, and social pages
  • Support execution against annual digital advertising plan
  • Assist with gathering local bakery assets for Social & Content
  • Administer Intranet (SharePoint) updates for Digital Marketing team
  • Support with coordination tasks required for execution against annual digital advertising plan
  • Assist with invoice coding
  • Assist with budget tracking
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required
  • *Customer Support Liaison**
  • Act as a liason with Customer Service Support
  • Triage customer service issues internally
  • Social Listening & Community Management - monitor comments using Sprout Social and reply to customers, escalate to departments as required
  • *Requirements**:

  • Experience in a Digital Marketing or E-Commerce team
  • A go-getter attitude and willingness to “roll up sleeves” to get the job done within a lean team
  • Experience managing administrative functions and processes in an office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Pro-active work approach demonstrating high level of initiative and urgency
  • An aptitude for problem solving
  • Desire to always be learning
  • *Bonus Points**:
  • Experience in managing e-commerce menus and online partner menus would be an asset
  • Experience using CRM platforms would be an asset
  • Experience working within a SaaS environment would be an asset
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
  • Knowledge of Retail and/or Franchising would be an asset
