We are an online flooring company focused on providing high-quality flooring products at affordable prices. Our website attracts a broad audience and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketer to help us execute and manage various aspects of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research for both local and global markets, focusing on competition, search volume, and relevancy.
  • On-Page SEO: Ensure all website content is optimized for search engines, including meta titles, descriptions, header tags, internal linking, and more.
  • Technical SEO: Implement technical aspects like URL structure, sitemap optimization, broken link correction, and image tag optimization.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor keywords and SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools to track SEO performance and make data-driven adjustments.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC

  • Google Ads Management: Set up and manage Google Search, Display, and Shopping ads campaigns.
  • Ad Copy & Banner Design: Develop compelling ad copy and design banners for Google Display Ads.
  • Budget & Bidding Management: Monitor ad budgets, set daily spends, and optimize bids for maximum ROI.
  • Keyword Research & Refinement: Conduct keyword research, refine campaigns, and optimize for high-converting keywords.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Identify and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
  • Conversion Tracking: Set up and monitor Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking conversions.

Social Media Marketing (Meta/Facebook)

  • Account Setup & Campaign Management: Set up and manage Facebook ads.
  • Audience Targeting: Define and manage audience segments for better ad targeting.
  • Ad Copy & Banner Ads: Create engaging ad copy and banners for social media campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of ad copy and creatives to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Retargeting: Implement Facebook retargeting campaigns for website visitors.

Integrated Marketing & Branding

  • Reputation Management: Manage customer ratings and online engagement to improve brand reputation.
  • Lead Generation: Implement strategies to attract high-value prospects and build brand awareness.
  • Brand Development: Assist with brand name, logo selection, and creating a consistent brand voice across digital channels.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Landing Page Optimization: Provide ongoing recommendations and strategies for creating high-converting landing pages.
  • A/B Testing: Test new elements like pop-ups, CTAs, and offers to lower cost-per-lead and increase conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze user interactions, make recommendations, and implement tests to improve site performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Proficiency in on-page SEO (meta tags, keyword optimization, internal linking) and technical SEO (sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.).
  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B Testing for landing pages.
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in eCommerce or flooring/home improvement industries.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking and advanced Google Analytics setups.
  • Ability to manage small-to-medium-sized budgets for PPC campaigns.
