We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company based in North Vancouver, focused on dual-sport and adventure motorcycle parts.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Order Fulfillment Specialist, your job is to make sure our customers get what they need — fast and accurate. You’ll learn the ropes of the motorcycle parts business from the ground up.

Pick, pack & ship orders with precision and care
Organize inventory and keep our stockroom running smooth
Check incoming goods, label and prep for the shelves
Double-check everything before it goes out — quality matters here
Support customer service when shipping/inventory questions pop up
Jump in where needed — receiving freight, breaking down boxes, cleaning up

Who This Is For

You don’t need a resume full of experience — just a solid work ethic, a love of motorcycles, and a desire to learn.

You’re detail-focused and take pride in doing things right
You can work independently once trained — you'll often run the space solo
You’ve got solid communication skills (English required, ability to use your phone and WhatsApp)
You’re computer savvy (we’ll train you on the software and tools)
You’re physically fit – able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts
Bonus if you ride or wrench on your own bike
Must-haves: Legal right to work in Canada, Driver’s Licence, and reliable transportartion.
