Your Marketing Responsibilities (Priority)

You will be the creative engine behind our outreach.

You will

  • Lead and execute all marketing and communications for the school including campaigns, social media, storytelling, newsletters, parent communications and website content.
  • Create compelling content (written, visual, video) that captures real learning moments, studio projects, children’s ideas, outdoor adventures and the spirit of our school.
  • Ensure brand consistency and authenticity across all platforms — communicating our values of agency, creativity, independence and joyful enquiry.
  • Plan, run and evaluate digital marketing campaigns to increase reach, awareness and engagement.
  • Grow and nurture online communities, telling our story through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and newsletters.
  • Develop print and digital marketing materials: prospectus, brochures, banners, press releases, visual assets.
  • Design and deliver strategic marketing plans aligned with school growth and admissions goals.
  • Drive the school’s visibility through events, open days, media relationships and community outreach.
  • Use data and analytics (social metrics, campaign performance, admissions trends) to refine strategy.

This is a role for someone who loves creativity, understands audience, and can confidently communicate the heart and purpose of a values-driven, future-focused school.

Admissions Responsibilities (Secondary but Vital)

You will also manage the journey for prospective families, ensuring the experience is warm, personal, and aligned with Atelier 21’s ethos.

You will

  • Be the first point of contact for admissions enquiries responding promptly and positively.
  • Build trusting relationships with parents who are curious about our progressive approach.
  • Arrange school tours, open days, taster sessions and follow-up communication.
  • Manage the admissions pipeline from enquiry through to enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor conversions and report admissions data to SLT.
  • Work closely with the Head, teaching teams and SENCO to ensure we place children thoughtfully and responsibly.

Your marketing work will feed into admissions success, and your admissions conversations will continually inform your marketing strategy.
