We are looking for an experienced Paid Media marketing professional to help drive worldwide customer acquisition through digital/programmatic channels. This role will own execution of experimentation for different content types including audiobooks (Value Prop/ RTBs/ Formats) through core Paid Media channels. This person will build and manage the execution of highly impactful acquisition campaigns, and test into white space opportunities. An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and international stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.

The ability to create innovative marketing programs and/or partnerships to drive customer acquisition through Paid Media channels.

Advanced Excel user able to use it to analyze, extract insights and present recommendations.

Key job responsibilities

Drive paid advertising initiatives via Display, App Marketing and Paid Social channels to drive WW customer acquisition for Amazon Music.
Understand and create customer segmentation, cohorts and testing plans to optimize for customer acquisition.
Continuous A/B testing in paid media channels for Audiobooks, including creative imagery, messaging and CTAs.
Establish automated reporting and optimization processes. Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
Collaborate closely with technical, business, finance, creative and design teams within Amazon to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects.
Additional experience with Audio Ads, Online Video, Premium Display channels is a plus

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
4+ years of ROI-focused digital marketing experience in a consumer facing technology organization, including the strategic management and hands on execution of paid media channels (Display, Paid Social etc.)
BA/BS, MBA or equivalent work experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact, determine improvements, present progress to goal to senior leadership
Experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets
Experience building, executing and scaling marketing programs across multiple international markets

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of performance marketing experience for consumer technology product or service
Experience in the entertainment, media industry and/or subscription business
Direct, hands-on experience with Google Demand Gen, YouTube, DV360, Amazon Display Ads and other DSPs, Social media channels WW (Meta, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit etc.)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with large data sets
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
